"Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends was so appealing to
me as a child because it was the anti-Superfriends. They
weren't just Super-heroes, they were friends. They were together because
they wanted to be, not to save the world. The first comics I purchased
were reprints of Amazing Spider-Man #1 & 2, the next week I watched
the first episode of Amazing Friends. I pivot a lot of ideals,
morals, and ambitions back to the point of where Peter Parker became this
eternal 9 years old's role model."

"I think one of the reasons why I loved Spidey And Friends so
much when I was a kid was because their escapades seemed like such fun
and like most seven year olds I wanted to do it all too! I loved
Spidey, wanted to be just like Firestar, and Iceman made me laugh.
Altogether I found it exciting, Colourful and fun!"
