Somehow ol' frost face got himself in good with the government and, when they received news of a sinking ocean tanker in the Arctic, they called in 'Wind Chill Factor Zero'.  The Spider-Friends discovered it was the work of the evil Loki, but, with the help of the Mighty Thor, they soon put an end to his mischief.
